Flat Survey
Level 2
This level of service is for clients purchasing a house who are seeking a professional opinion at an economic price. It is, therefore, less comprehensive than a level three service, but includes a visual assessment of the accessible parts with a focus on identification of any defects that could affect the value.
This service suits:
Properties of standard construction (e.g. cavity masonry walls)
Homes built typically post-18th century (subject to surveyor’s opinion)
Properties that have been unaltered, or in seemingly reasonable condition.
House Survey
Level 2
This report gives you more detailed information and includes a more extensive inspection of the property with guidance on defects that may affect the value.
Building Survey
Level 3
This survey offers an extended inspection and gives more detailed information about the structure and fabric of the building, including outlining repair options where appropriate.

It includes a more extensive inspection of the property with guidance on defects that may affect the value of the property. Building Survey
Level 3
This survey offers an extensive inspection of the accessible parts of the property and gives detailed information about the structure and fabric of the building. It includes a description of visible defects and potential problems caused by hidden flaws, as well as providing an outline of repair options. This service can provide a market valuation and reinstatement figure if required.
